The fact is we get very little returns on any Perfect Clubs but If your just not happy we'll be perfectly happy to exchange it for another club that may better fit your needs, give you credit towards another item or return 100% of the purchased price less shipping and handling with no questions asked!

Return Polices & Eligibility

  • We cannot accept returns on clubs that has been altered from the original specifications including, but not limited to, shaft or grip changes and must exhibit only normal wear.
  •  We cannot accept returns on damaged clubs or clubs that display 'excessive' wear, scratches, sky marks or paint chips.

  • Clubs must be returned with all components as originally purchased (head covers, etc.) Returns without head covers are subject to a $14.95 fee.
  • Return shipping costs and delivery are the customers responsibility. You may return an item via UPS, FedEx or USPS we recommend you insure the return item(s).
  • Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
  • Pre Owned sales and golf clubs Do Not qualify for 30 day return policy,  preowned is sold as-is.

1 Year Warranty!

The Perfect Club has a 1-year manufacturer's warranty from date of purchase against any defects.  We must have all the information on the original order, purchaser, date of purchase etc. For defective claims the customer must ship the entire product back for defective consideration and examination.  Any Defective product may be returned while under the manufacturer warranty period. Please contact us prior to returning any merchandise for warranty or defective consideration and options. The Perfect Club has a 1-year manufacturer's warranty from date of purchase against any defects.  Manufacturer Defects do not include:  Clubs that are abused, altered, defaced, or misused, or otherwise damaged through the act or neglect of the consumer or a third party.
