The Perfect Chipper is designed to send the ball on an upward and forward trajectory by simply using a putting stroke. 27 degrees of loft, optimal weighting and cambered sole cuts through the grass for a perfect solid feel. The uniflex steel shaft (cpm's) has been tweaked to perfection allowing the clubhead to release into the ball with ease giving you magnificent control and the best chance to chip-in, lip-out or get the ball within tap-in distance - even from longer distances that you wouldn't get from other chipping clubs.

The Perfect Chipper is lower lofted than most chippers on the market which gives you more options from longer distances using a controlled putting stroke. Other chippers only work very close to the hole before your forced to take to big uncontrolled swing just to get the ball to go medium to long distance. You can also use The Perfect Chipper from those scary distances from the fairway to run the ball all the way to the hole with a controlled long lag putt stroke.

How should I use The Perfect Chipper?

GRIP

There are two ways you can grip this club. Use your normal grip as you would hitting a chip shot just like any other club OR hold it exactly as you would your putter (Recommended). Don't overgrip the club or hold it too tightly. The club should feel comfortable in your hands.

STANCE

Take your stance close to the ball with feet spread apart. Rest about three-quarters of your weight on your lead foot, the one closest to the hole. i.e. More weight on your left foot for right handed golfers. Line up your stance as if you were preparing to putt a ball. Use the same grip you would for putting.

THE SHOT

The reason The Perfect Chipper is so easy to use and so accurate is because the swing/shot is almost identical to putting on the green. Rotate your shoulders and take the chipper back like you would a long putt, depending on how far away you are from the hole. Follow through with a descending angle into the ball. Keep your wrists firm so the club stays straight. You do not want to swing the club hard. Swing the chipper the same way you would stroke a putter, accelerating as you complete the shot. Concentrate on driving the chipper through the ball, and let the angled face give the ball elevation.

Repeat these steps during practice to perfect the chip shot. Focus on hitting through the ball to get it airborne but keeping it low. You will get a feel for the distance and elevation with just a few practice chips. You will find that you wont have to take a big swing for the ball to run a long way allowing you to focus on the accuracy and break on the green. I know this club will take strokes off your game!
